All aspects of Health and Safety are important to a business whether you are an employee, contractor or supplier and this half-day course will benefit both the learner and the business, ensuring that the working environment is a safe and healthy one.
Our Awarding Organisation, First Aid Awards Ltd, has been associated with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Proskills UK for the purpose of developing new Health & Safety qualifications.
Successful candidates will be awarded a national Level 1 (Level 4 in Scotland) qualification which will provide an ideal platform to higher level training or career development.

Certification
The qualification is assessed by a professional discussion.
The qualification does not have an expiry date but refresher training and keeping up to date with changes to policies, procedures and new legislation through ongoing CPD is vital.
Duration
The qualification has 2 assigned guided learning hours (GLH) and 5 hours total qualification time (TQT).
The minimum classroom contact time of 2 hours should be delivered via Zoom. The course can be spread over a maximum of 2 weeks, ensuring that each session is a minimum of two hours.
